Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using any part of the Best Trave platform. By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

1. Definitions

Platform refers to the Best Trave website, applications, and all associated services accessible via besttrave.com. User refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers with, or otherwise uses the Platform. Content refers to all text, video, audio, graphics, assessments, course materials, and any other material available on or through the Platform. Account refers to the registered profile created by a User to access Platform features.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Platform. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

3.3 Account Termination by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting us. Closure does not automatically entitle you to any refund of fees already paid.

6.1 Ownership

All Content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and other proprietary materials on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Best Trave. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Best Trave grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view Content solely for your personal educational use.

6.3 User Submissions

If you submit any content to the Platform, including forum posts, project files, or feedback, you grant Best Trave a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with operating and improving the Platform.

7. Payments and Refunds

7.1 Fees

Access to certain courses or features may require payment. All applicable fees are displayed before purchase. You agree to pay all charges associated with your selected plan or course at the rates in effect at the time of purchase.

7.2 Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is described at the point of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once access to paid Content has been granted. Requests for exceptions may be directed to contact@besttrave.com.

Best Trave reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Changes will not affect purchases already completed.

Best Trave does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Educational Content is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute professional financial, legal, or investment advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Best Trave and its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Best Trave in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Suspension and Termination

Best Trave reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Platform at its sole discretion, without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to other users, third parties, or the integrity of the Platform. Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately.

14. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.

15. Governing Terms

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Best Trave regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Failure by Best Trave to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
